As the newest design and coordination company in the city, we have developed an exceptional team of creative and technical professionals to coordinate everything from travel and accommodations, to ensuring that your guests have a contact person other than you and that your final billing is accurate. We can customize a full service rate depending upon the complexity of services provided.

PERSONALIZED WEDDING DETAILS

TRAVEL/LODGING

Manhattan Occasions can help you negotiate rates and find a variety of suitable housing for your guests. We can provide transportation to and from the airport, arrange for charter jet service and orchestrate your guests' movement around the city to various events.

FEES

Manhattan Occasions charges a management fee of 10% on services we assist with. Our minimum fee is $2000 per event. We require a deposit and bill in quarterly installments leading up to the event.

Planning sightseeing tours, shopping trips, rooftop parties, boat rides, poker games, spa days, ladies luncheons or sunset cruises - we can plan, coordinate and execute all events so that you can enjoy your friends, family and the days leading up to the wedding.
